What is home staging?

The home stager's goal is to make a home appealing to a broad range of buyers, thereby selling the property faster and for more money.
Types of Home staging
Vacant Home staging
The home for sale is empty. I facilitate in the rental of all the furniture and accessories.
Occupied home staging
I work with the furniture and accessories the seller already has to capitalize on the space and flow of the home.
Hybrid home staging
I use some of what the seller has and also rent some additional items to further enhance the property.
Virtual home staging
Thru the use of professional photography, different spaces can be enhanced with virtual changes and/or furniture to create a more impressive online presence.
